I picked Unique Elevations because they Build Green. With the help of my excellent saleperson, Dorinda, I now live in a home not a house that I love. They helped me build a house that looks custom on my tight budget. My home is open, sunny and I love living in it everyday. It super engery efficent and my utilitiy bills are 1/4 of what they used to be in my old house. I like when you call the office, the girls know who you are and your house. I liked that Kevin meets with you to make sure that everything is going well. How many owners of companies do that!! Clayton and Carson answered all my questions to which there were many. This is my first home that I build and would do it all over again . It was a fantastic experience and I would recommend Unique Elevations to everyone.

A. We don't know what people mean when people say building a new home is stressful. The staff was so professional and helpful when we had any questions or concerns. We absolutely LOVE our new home. I’ve always felt that Unique Elevations was just that… unique. Every time I’ve visited one of their Show Homes I’ve always felt that they add something a little different than every other Builder.

That stayed true in our Unique home, which we purchased half way through construction. The quality and finishing work was very well done in the home and the ‘builder standard’ for Unique seems to be of higher quality than most builders. They were very accommodating when it came to changing their plans for the home to make it our own. The home was completed on-time and we were always kept ‘in the loop’ on how things were progressing in our new home. Leanne, the Site Supervisor, was always a pleasure to deal with, and Doreen, the Unique Salesperson was always very friendly and understanding of our concerns.

Since moving in, any issues that have arisen have been taken care of promptly, which is always comforting. We are very much enjoying our new home – our one year walk-through is fast approaching and based on the great customer service we have received thus far, I expect no issues. I would definitely recommend building your next home with Unique Elevations.

Our experience building our new home with Unique Elevations was excellent. We built a custom home from the ground up. Everyone at Unique was not only professional but friendly as they treated us not only like customers but friends. Our site supervisor Clayton was amazing considering how many other homes he had to look after. He was always there when I called to answer questions or give his opinion. One of the biggest reasons for choosing Unique Elevations was our Sales Rep Doreen. We moved here 5 yrs ago and decided to build a new home. She worked for a different builder then when we met her. My wife and I were worried about spending the money to build a new home as it was our first big purchase. Doreen never pressured us to build but assured us that it would be a great investment and it was as we sold it and built a new home with Unique Elevations. Doreen and the whole staff at Unique truly care about the people and the product that they deliver and it shows. In all the “Unique Experience” was an enjoyable one, and we would recommend them to anyone.

I was very nervous about building a new house as I had never done it before and the fact that I am a single woman having to make some major decisions on my own. Everyone at Unique Elevations made the process a good experience for me. I got to know everyone from the owner of the company, salesperson, design person and office staff and felt my concerns were always addressed in a timely manner and the information back to myself promptly. I felt like there were very few "middle men" and that everyone worked as a team. People talk about building a house as being such a stressful time but I found it to be a postive experience.
